WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon arrival, our receptionist will check you in and give a consultation form to fill out in the waiting area. While waiting, enjoy our beverage station offering coffee, tea, or water. Once it's time for your appointment to start, I will greet you and personally give a quick tour of the salon so you will know exactly where to find our bathroom, shampoo, and dryer area.
UPON ARRIVAL
Once settled in my chair we will dive into your consultation. I will ask open ended questions to learn about your hair history as I access your hair and make notes of what I observe. Please don't be shy, this is the time to lay out all of your concerns. Consultations are ongoing during your appointment rather you're a new guest or a regular and with each visit. Make sure you bring some inspiration pics, I'll want to know your hair goals, likes and dislikes.
THE CONSULTATION
You may decide to partner with me on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis and allow me to nurture your hair and keep you stylish. However you decide to use my services, maintaining scheduled trims and the proper treatments recommended will be important to your healthy hair journey. I want to see us hit your hair goals by taken away the guess work.
