GENERAL
So that we will have enough one on one time with each other, NEW GUESTS, I have bundled services together to make booking much easier. This helps your appointment to run smoothly and to avoid interfering with the next client's scheduled time. Once you become an established guest your bundles will broken down to treatment and cutting options along with your preferred curly set. It's easier to schedule your next service while at the salon so take a look at your schedule ahead of time or while under the dryer just in case you have questions. Don't know your upcoming schedule, Vagaro is up and running 24/7. Simply log on to schedule, cancel, or reschedule at anytime. Don't see an availability, utilize the wait-list form. All bookings are to be made online only if not placed at the salon. I do not service children.
HAIR Preparation
All clients must arrive with hair fully detangled from roots to ends from any previous styles to include wash and goes, sew ins, puffs, twist/braids, coils, or hair that has been tied up or put away. There is an automatic $50 fee added if detangling your hair prior to dry cutting or the shampoo session is needed. If hair is excessively tangled and there's not enough time to detangle without interfering with the next client's start time your appointment will be rescheduled resulting in a same day cancellation. Every client receives 20 minutes towards detangling after the shampoo session.
Appointment Cancellation
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments attempting to be cancelled within 24 hrs of your service cannot be processed through Vagaro due to the automatic cancellation policy attached to it. In this case, please be courteous by calling regarding cancellations. Any "no-shows" with no communication will be charged 50% of your scheduled service and will be denied future appointments made at Beautique.
WAIT LIST
We're so happy to have the wait list option. There are time slots that may be available but if you're selecting multiple services, you might see "SORRY THEY'RE BOOKED". In this case, wait-list the services needed. You are able to wait-list multiple appointment dates and times. Once a time slot becomes available, you will receive an email stating your appointment has been selected for booking. If you decide that you no longer need to be wait listed, simply sign into Vagaro to delete your submissions. Please utilize the wait list as much as possible before sending an email or calling about availabilities for last minute appointments.​
